Kundalini yoga -- the yoga of awareness -- is a beautiful and ancient science that has the potential to heal and uplift anyone's life.  It can help you get your body and mind in shape, and give you the tools to increase your creativity, intuition, compassion, health, radiance and prosperity.  It can revitalize your glandular and nervous systems and increase your lung capacity so you feel more alive.

Mark teaches a Tuesday evening class at the Berkeley Yoga Center.

He also teaches yoga workshops.




He is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and teaches Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Classes include postures, dynamic breathing techniques and chanting to help awaken the spiritual energy of the body (Kundalini) and energize the chakras (energy centers) followed by deep relaxation and meditation.
